Salon Refund Policy

At Studio 285, your satisfaction is the heart of everything we do. If for any reason your experience does not meet your expectations,

we invite you to follow the steps below so our team can promptly and graciously assist you.

Step 1: Notify Us Within 5 Business Days
Please text us at 706-945-0175 within five (5) business days of your original appointment. Kindly share a brief description of your concerns so we can begin a thoughtful review.

Step 2: Share Photos
To assist our Salon Manager in assessing the situation with care and discretion, please include clear photos of your hair in your text message.

Step 3: Allow Us to Make It Right
Studio 285 will gladly provide complimentary adjustments to address your concerns. This is part of our commitment to excellence and your confidence in our services.

Step 4: Resolution or Refund
If, after the adjustment is made, you still feel unsatisfied, we will issue a refund for the original service amount.

Important Notes

  • Adjustments and refunds are only honored after Studio 285 has been given the opportunity to correct the issue in-house.

  • Services performed by other salons after your appointment at Studio 285 voids this policy.

  • We cannot reimburse or compensate for services provided elsewhere.

  • Studio 285 is not responsible for correcting or refunding services performed by another salon.

Under Georgia state law, once services are rendered and accepted, payment is legally owed.
