No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy

At Studio 285, our priority is providing exceptional service to all our clients while ensuring our stylists can make the most of their time. We’ve implemented a no-show and late cancellation policy to keep our schedule running smoothly and to support our hardworking team.

Our stylists and staff rely on their scheduled appointments, as they are not paid when sitting idle. When a client misses an appointment or cancels at the last minute, it affects not only their stylist but also other clients who are on our waiting list.

We understand that life happens and emergencies can occur, so we do review no-show situations on a case-by-case basis. However, we kindly ask for your cooperation in notifying us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to fill your spot and keep our schedule moving.

To secure your appointment, we require a credit card on file. If you miss your appointment without notifying us (a "no call, no show") or cancel on the same day, your card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

For clients with multiple no-shows, we will require prepayment to book future appointments with the stylist.

A credit/debit card is required to be held on your profile.

Your credit card will not be charged if you choose to pay with a different method on the day of your appointment,

such as cash or another credit card.
